Jeremy's journal

It must have been a long time before men thought of giving a common name to the manifold objects of their senses, and of placing themselves in opposition to them.

Your wallpaper search is over: this picture by Roland and Julia Seitre is all you will ever need for desktop background. (Select, of course, for it to be "tiled" rather than "stretched".)

(picture removed.
You can view it at the Seitres' website.
However do not download it for personal use
without asking their permission.)

Dear Jeremy,

Ever heard about copyrights?
Did you read completely our website before stealing (sorry, that is the term), copying and publishing (sorry, that is the term) this image without even asking?
You do advertise our website by giving the link for your readers to access to it. Although they are not supposed to take the picture even for private use, at least you would not be involved in it...
We appreciate your liking of our pictures, but this is not the right way to do it. At least asking is the first step.
Now you have our acceptance.
Sincerely yours
Julia and Roland Seitre

Sorry Julia and Roland, I did not read the portion of your site about copyrights. In general when I have asked people whether I may post their images, they have been glad for me to so with a link to their site; I apologize for having failed to ask this time.

I have removed the inline copies of your images from this post and another in my blog that linked to your site.
